NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES- ONLY STORE CREDIT
We want you to love your Akara Blvd merchandise, but understand that items may need to be returned for various reasons.
Due to the custom nature of our merchandise, we do not offer refunds or exchanges; only returns for store credit. We cannot make any exceptions to this policy. All Swimwear are final sale and nonreturnable due to hygienic reason.
Our policy lasts 14 days after the date you received your merchandise. If 14 days have gone by since you received your merchandise, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return for store credit.
To be eligible for a return for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send us your item(s) to be returned until you have sent an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
As soon as your item(s) is received we will issue you a code for the value of your original item to be used for store credit.
You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item(s).
